I bring over 20 years of expertise in customer relationship management within the hospitality and real estate development sectors, where I have led admin and customer-facing teams while spearheading several digital transformation projects to address evolving business needs. This experience has given me system-admin level proficiency and an in-depth understanding of structure in platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk, with a focus on ensuring that technology serves the people who use it.

My background provides a unique blend of understanding the frustrations of operations while also possessing the technical design expertise needed to tackle those challenges effectively. From managing frontline operations to shaping digital strategies, I deliver practical solutions and innovative approaches to customer engagement, database structure, and process automation.

I design human-centred solutions that empower users and enhance the customer experience, avoiding burdensome systems. Scalability and simplicity are always at the forefront of my work. My philosophy is to build on what’s already working and phase out what isn’t, rather than starting from scratch every time.
